Two men, Joseph Mario Rico and Julian Jacob Lomeli, have been arrested in connection with a March armed robbery incident in San Jose where a victim was shot after being ambushed. The suspects approached the victim in a car and after a confrontation, he was shot during a struggle. They made off with items valued at $40,000. Rico, who has prior felony convictions, and Lomeli were caught and are currently held without bail, facing charges with a court date set. Police continue to pursue a third unidentified suspect.
