Authorities identified Ryan Louis Mosqueda, 27, as the shooter who fired at federal agents at a border patrol facility in Texas, injuring a police officer.

"An LAPD official stated an officer was shot Saturday afternoon near Exposition Park, with the officer in stable condition after being transported to a hospital."

Nine young men associated with the Road to Riches gang in East New York have been indicted on conspiracy charges, facing a total of 68 counts related to violent crimes.
