Strata, a new 7,000-square-foot flagship restaurant, will occupy the former Rollati location at the base of the Miro towers at Fourth and Santa Clara streets. The restaurant is being developed by the accomplished team behind several successful San Jose venues known for exceptional menus and cocktail programs. Strata will feature a multicultural menu that evolves seasonally and creatively explores new techniques, including a prix-fixe or tasting menu option. The venue will offer a strong cocktail program and thoughtful wine list. Located with views of City Hall and the Sonic Runway art installation, the restaurant is conducting staff interviews in early March with an expected launch before summer.
