"One hundred percent, I'm worried that I may never see this funding," says Ryan Dowdy, expressing his concerns about the frozen USDA grant.
"The only information that I've gotten from the USDA is that the funds are frozen, all of them, across all programs indefinitely," Dowdy explains.
