""There is no better time to be here on the Space Coast than where we are at today,""

SpaceX is preparing Starship launches from Cape Canaveral and is expected to begin next year. Starship launches will sometimes restrict neighboring launch pads and require personnel to remain outside danger areas during testing and operations. Blue Origin and United Launch Alliance have raised concerns that up to 120 annual Starship launches could routinely force nearby facilities to clear personnel. Space Launch Delta 45 will treat LOX‑methane vehicles with 100 percent TNT blast equivalency and oversees launch safety for Cape Canaveral Space Force Station and Kennedy Space Center. SpaceX is building a Starship site at Launch Complex 39A, already used for Falcon 9 launches.
