Jensen Huang had 36 direct reports as of October. He previously stated he had 55 direct reports in March 2024 and noted many were paid the same amount. Huang favors a large number of direct reports to reduce organizational layers and keep information fluid. He generally does not schedule one-on-one meetings with direct reports unless a meeting is requested to allow information to spread. Executives reporting to him include Ian Buck, CTO Michael Kagan, and chief scientist Bill Dally. Nvidia's workforce expanded significantly during the AI boom, and a company spokesperson declined to comment on the list.
