Asia Live food emporium sets Valley Fair opening date
""Asia Live is the next natural step in our journey," founder-chef Chen said, emphasizing the concept's focus on contemporary interpretations of traditional Asian dishes for a diverse audience."
""The emporium will join a long lineup of Asian restaurants at Valley Fair, enhancing its reputation as a dining destination, not just a shopping center," said Sue Newsom."
Asia Live, a new culinary emporium, will open at Westfield Valley Fair on June 1. Founded by restaurateurs George Chen and Cindy Wong-Chen, it will feature contemporary dishes from Greater China, Southeast Asia, India, Korea, and Japan. The 15,000-square-foot space will include restaurants, bars, a retail marketplace, and cooking stations for interactive experiences. Signature dishes will include Sheng Jian Bao and Peking Duck. The opening is significant as Valley Fair aims to be a premier dining destination alongside its shopping offerings.
