Portillo's has introduced a secret menu called Pokey's Secret Menu, available to Portillo's Perks members starting August 26, 2025. To access the secret menu, members must log into their Portillo's Perks account at an ordering kiosk and select the items. The secret menu is available at all Portillo's locations.
