"Apolinar shares that Socceria will serve breakfast items like chilaquiles, huevos estrellados con hoja santo, huevos ahogados en chile pasilla, and what she deems the "ultimate huevos rancheros." For garnachas, there's quesadillas de queso Oaxaca, tinga de pollo, chorizo verde, chicharrón prensado, and tlacoyo de nopales. Naturally, there will be a lot of international beers."
"For the daily happy hour from 4 to 6 p.m., the bar will serve the epic Ramirez burger, al pastor chicken wings, and the street hot dog. Cerantes and Apolinar are working on opening a West Village Mexican seafood bar, El Camaron Peludo, and a second Taqueria Ramirez with a focus on charcoal grilling in Carroll Gardens. Both are set to open sometime this summer."
