The 21-year-old West Ham United midfielder spent the entire 2024-25 campaign at Ashton Gate, scoring three goals in 40 appearances and helping the Robins reach the Championship play-offs. Earthy made a solitary Premier League appearance for West Ham this season, coming on as a substitute in the home defeat by Fulham on 27 December. He said the club feels like home and that he is really happy to be back. The loan offers continued playing time to support Bristol City's Championship campaign.
