The FIFA Club World Cup will expand from seven teams to 32, competing over four-and-a-half weeks in June and July to crown club world champions.
The 32 sides will discover their fate on Thursday, December 5, when the draw takes place in Miami, Florida, at 1pm local time.
Each team will be drawn into one of the eight groups and learn who their initial three opponents are, moving forward to the knockout stage.
Teams will be able to plot their route to the final following the group stage, as the knockout stage will be seeded.
