A new animated Netflix series, Deathwatch, continues the Splinter Cell timeline after more than a decade without a major game. Sam Fisher is introduced in a new phase of life, retired on a remote farm and surprised to have survived, living with his dog Kaiju. Fisher is quickly pulled back into action when a younger agent, Zinnia, arrives injured and stranded, forcing him to aid her and embark on a globe-trotting mission. Liev Schreiber voices Sam Fisher, replacing Michael Ironside, and Kirby Howell-Baptiste voices Zinnia.
