This month, Netflix debuted the new animated series, Splinter Cell: Deathwatch, which brings back Tom Clancy's Sam Fisher, the lead character of Ubisoft's video game franchise. While fans have had a long wait for a new Splinter Cell, Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow has quietly made its debut on Steam a mere 21 years after its release. Pandora Tomorrow was previously available on Windows 7, but the Steam release allows Windows 10 and 11 users to dive into it as well.
"I did Falcon and The Winter Soldier, and that's Disney," Kolstad said. "You're in a titanium tunnel--it's [still] a joy because you get to play in a sandbox filled with sand and play with their toys." With Splinter Cell, things were a little bit more open-ended. Much like a typical level in a Splinter Cell game, there was far less direction.
