Toronto nightclub faces temporary liquor license suspension after 19-year-old's death last spring | CBC News
Briefly

The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario has proposed a 60-day liquor sales license suspension for Mister Wolf after a 19-year-old man was found dead at the nightclub.
The investigation revealed the patron was visibly intoxicated, stumbling and losing balance, with no intervention from the nightclub’s security or staff throughout the night.
Around 1 a.m., the intoxicated patron accessed a stairwell that was supposed to be off-limits, which ultimately led to his death the following afternoon.
The AGCO stated that Mister Wolf staff knew or should have been aware of the patron's condition, indicating a failure to adhere to the Liquor Licence and Control Act.
