An Inglewood, California couple has filed a $1 million lawsuit against JetBlue Airways after claiming a large block of ice fell from a flight and landed in their bedroom. The incident occurred on January 1, 2024, when the ice, described as being the size of a watermelon, fell through the roof of their home, located near Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). The FAA is currently investigating the event, as the same aircraft was previously involved in other similar incidents.
