Tucked between the Virgin River and the southern boundary of Zion National Park, a 2,066-acre ranch sits among cottonwood trees, desert shrubs and orange sandstone cliffs. Soon, the property will also include a ritzy and controversial new hotel.
In our plans, we will be incorporating 17 free-standing wilderness pods and 11 luxury canvas tents spread out across 25 acres. The rest of the ranch will be left as open space.
Ultra-luxury just means it sits at the very top of the pyramid of all lodging and hospitality. It's some of the nicest hotels you can find.
We are going to respect and honor this land. We're not going to build a 350-room hotel. It's going to be a more sustainable type of development.
