18-year-old left with severe injuries' after e-bike crash in Eltham

An 18-year-old male was severely injured in a crash involving a car and an e-bike in Eltham. The incident occurred on Bexley Road at approximately 4:45 PM on June 27. Officers from the Metropolitan Police arrived on the scene and the victim was promptly transported to the hospital. Fortunately, his injuries were not considered life-threatening or life-changing. The driver of the car remained at the scene for questioning, but no arrests have yet been made and the e-bike was seized by the authorities.
The Metropolitan Police were called just before 4.45pm on Friday to report of a crash between a car and an e-bike on Bexley Road.
Officers attended and found an 18-year-old man severely injured; he was taken to hospital, but his injuries are not believed to be life-changing.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police confirmed that the driver of the car was spoken to at the scene, and the e-bike has been seized.
At this time, there have been no arrests related to the incident, which occurred at the junction with Alderwood Road.
