The value of the thefts ranged from 12.30 to 100 per visit and, on some days, he targeted the shop multiple times, the charge sheet said."

The value of individual thefts ranged from 12.30 to 100 per visit, with multiple offences on some days. Police identified the suspect, Adam Gosling, 39, from CCTV and arrested him on 10 February. Gosling, who is currently homeless, pleaded guilty to 38 counts of theft from a shop and was sentenced to four months, suspended for one year. Police credited proactive staff reporting and partnership working in securing the outcome.
