Hither Green drug dealer found with 'lethal Rambo-style knife' in car jailed
Briefly

Paul Crabtree, a drug dealer from Hither Green, was sentenced to a total of six years and 11 months in prison for drug-related offenses and possession of a bladed article. Police discovered 27 wraps of cocaine and approximately £10,000 in cash during an incident on July 2. Additionally, a Rambo-style knife and nitrous oxide canisters were found in his car. Crabtree also received four years for conspiracy to commit burglary in another case, highlighting the serious impacts of drug crime on community safety.
City of London Police officers arrived at the scene and during a search, 27 wraps of cocaine and around 10,000 in cash were found in a bag which Crabtree had on him.
Crabtree was also sentenced to four years for conspiracy to burgle offences, in a separate investigation by Kent Police.
Police Constable Pradip Gurung, of Criminal Investigation Department in the City of London Police, said: "People carrying these Rambo-style knives are doing so to intimidate and cause fear."
Drugs in London severely impact our communities, drive violence and organised crime and can lead to vulnerable people being exploited.
