"We were called at 2.39pm on Thursday, September 4, to reports of a road traffic collision at the junction of Gloucester Place and Park Road, Westminster. We sent resources to the scene, including an ambulance crew, a paramedic in a fast response car, an advanced paramedic and an incident response officer. Our first paramedic arrived on scene in less than four minutes. We treated a man for a head injury and took him to a major trauma centre as a priority."
