We were called at 10.15am on 24 February to reports of a road traffic collision in Old Kent Road, SE15. We sent three ambulance crews, two paramedics in fast response cars and an incident response officer to the scene. The first paramedic arrived in around seven minutes. We treated eight patients at the scene and took them to hospital.

The collision occurred around 12 noon on Saturday at Pickardstown Cross on the Waterford-Tramore Road. It involved a van and a car with the accident scene located less than 5km from Waterford city. The two deceased are understood to be a man and a woman, both aged in their 50s. Both were the occupants of the car involved in the collision. They are believed to be originally from the Leinster area.

The crash happened at around 11.10pm on Friday on the N24 near Grange West, Boher, Co Limerick. Garda%AD%AD have confirmed they are now following a "definite line of inquiry" after one of the drivers fled, leaving his vehicle behind. A man in his 40s was also injured in the crash. Ms O'Reilly was pronounced dead at the scene. Her body was taken to the mortuary at University Hospital Limerick, for a post-mortem examination.

The incident happened at the junction of Dame Street and George's Street in Dublin 2 at approximately 9.45am on Saturday morning. Gardaí and emergency services were at the scene of an accident involving a car and a motorbike, while Dublin Fire Brigade paramedics attended to a motorcyclist on the ground. The motorcyclist, who was injured in the accident, was brought to St James Hospital for treatment.

A man in his 30s has died after he was hit by a police car on an emergency call in south London. The pedestrian was struck by a marked vehicle at just after 12.30am on Wednesday. London Ambulance Service paramedics treated him, but he died at the scene. His next-of-kin have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers, the force said.

The incident occurred around 6pm this evening just off the N25 road between Midleton and Castlemartyr. It involved a collision between two vehicles with gardaí, paramedics and units of Cork Fire Brigade attending the scene. The woman, who is believed to be from Cork city, was seriously injured in the collision. No further details are available. Earlier, a truck driver miraculously escaped serious injury after his vehicle overturned in east Cork.

The single-vehicle collision took place on the N23, Lisheenbaun, Castleisland at approximately 11.40pm. The female driver and sole occupant of the car was removed from the scene to Kerry University Hospital. She remains in critical condition. The road is closed pending a technical examination to be conducted by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators. Local diversions are in place via Currow Village.

At around 8:10pm, Gardaí and emergency services responded to the collision on the R132 at Dowdallshill. The female driver of the first car, aged in her late 20s, was removed from the scene to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda with non-life-threatening injuries. A passenger in that car, an infant boy, was removed to Temple Street Children's Hospital where he remains in critical condition.

A girl has died and another is seriously injured after a crash involving a minibus carrying nine teenagers. North Yorkshire Police said it is investigating the collision involving a white Mercedes Sprinter minibus and a Hyundai i10 car on Toulston Lane in Tadcaster at around 12.30pm on Monday. The girl who died at the scene was a passenger on the minibus which was carrying nine teenagers aged 16 to 18, the force said.

Police were alerted to reports of a collision between a pedestrian and a car at 9:57pm on Thursday, October 30, on Aspen Way in Canary Wharf. Both ambulance services and police attended. Despite the best efforts of first responders, the pedestrian, a 26-year-old man, was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. His next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers.

"Gardaí and emergency services are currently attending the scene of a road traffic collision at Gormanston, Co Meath, this morning," a Garda spokesperson told the Irish Independent.
