Man (30s) charged in relation to Co Kildare hit and run

A man in his 30s has been arrested and charged in connection with a hit-and-run incident involving a female pedestrian in her 40s in Derrymullen, Co Kildare. The incident occurred on February 2, and the woman sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries. After his arrest, the man was released from custody and will appear in Naas District Court next month. Gardaí are continuing their investigation and have appealed for witnesses, particularly those with dash-cam footage, to assist with their inquiries.
