Gardaí have arrested two people this morning in relation to this fatal road traffic collision involving the tragic deaths of Anthony Hogg and Georgina Hogg-Moore.
'A man, aged 40, was arrested in connection with this investigation and is currently detained under Section 30 Offences Against the State Act, 1939.'
'A female, aged in her 30s was arrested and is currently detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984 at a Garda station in Dublin,' a Garda spokesperson said.
