Northern Ireland police chief appeals to students over serial rapist Zhenhao Zou
Briefly

The Police Service of Northern Ireland's chief constable, Jon Boutcher, has called for students who might have been targeted by Zhenhao Zou to come forward. Zou, a former student at Queen's University Belfast, was convicted of multiple rapes across the UK and China. The police are in close contact with the Metropolitan Police regarding ongoing investigations.
Many of the victims do not know that they are victims, and we want to encourage anyone who has had any concerns about Zhenhao Zou to come forward.
Jon Boutcher emphasized that with the trial now concluded, this is an opportunity for individuals who may have encountered Zou to share their experiences.
