'There was banging and shouting' says neighbours as man (50s) dies after incident in Dublin home

A man in his 50s was injured and later died at Tallaght University Hospital following an incident at a residence on Foxdene Drive in Balgaddy. Gardaí sealed off the area for a forensic examination after receiving reports of a disturbance, including loud bangs and shouting, from local residents. Investigations are led by a senior officer from Lucan Garda Station, and they are appealing for information from the public, particularly anyone with relevant camera footage or witnesses in the area at the time.
