Jen Miller stated the resort's ski patrolers deployed a systematic approach by entering gondolas to safely lower each passenger and their equipment, highlighting their thoroughness.
With no reported injuries during the incident, the lift manufacturer collaborated with state regulators to determine the cause of the structural issue.
Despite the crack in the gondola lift, Winter Park Resort continued its operations with 21 other lifts available for skiing and snowboarding.
