"The suspect also had two loaded magazines and no accessible ID. This looks like a situation where an individual wanted to do maximum damage and massacre law enforcement."

"When does the gun come out?"
Border Patrol agents were conducting a targeted operation to apprehend a violent undocumented immigrant from Ecuador when a man interrupted the operation. An individual approached agents with a 9 mm semi-automatic handgun and violently resisted attempts to disarm him. A Border Patrol agent fired defensive shots, fearing for the lives and safety of fellow officers. The suspect had two loaded magazines and no accessible ID. Medics responded and the man was pronounced dead at the scene. Minneapolis officials identified the man as a 37-year-old local lawful gun owner, and the incident is under investigation.
