"Oct. 22 DUI, Suspended license: At 11:53 p.m., deputies stopped a motorist at Saratoga Avenue and Kosich Drive for a traffic violation. An investigation revealed the motorist was driving under the influence of alcohol, with a suspended license. The suspect was arrested and booked into main jail. Oct. 23 Petty theft and theft by credit card: Someone entered an unlocked vehicle at the Saratoga Country Club and stole $300 in cash and credit cards."
"They then used the credit cards to make fraudulent purchases totaling approximately $5,020. Oct. 24 False crime report: At 1:12 p.m., deputies responded to a report of a hit-and-run collision at Sea Gull Way and Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road. An investigation revealed the motorist knowingly provided a false statement and collision report. The motorist was cited and released. Oct. 25 Residential burglary: Between Oct. 23 and Oct. 25, someone entered an uninhabited residence in the 19000 block of Cox Avenue by forcing a rear door open."

On Oct. 24 a motorist knowingly filed a false hit-and-run statement and was cited. Between Oct. 23–25 an uninhabited Cox Avenue residence was forced open but nothing was reported stolen. Between Oct. 23–26 a Vessing Court residence was entered through an unlocked front door; a key fob, other items valued around $7,820, were stolen and the fob was used to steal a vehicle valued about $25,000.
