
"Tishaun Miller, 44, was sentenced by the Barnstable Superior Court to life in prison without parole for the murder of Douglas Rose, Cape & Islands District Attorney Robert J. Galibois said in a press release. Miller also received concurrent sentences of 15 to 20 years for conspiracy to commit murder and eight to 10 years for breaking and entering. He will serve the sentences at Souza Baranowski Correctional Center, according to court records."
"On Sept. 22, 2022, Kimberly McCarthy drove Miller, Vincent Purdie, and Charee Rainey to 250 Davisville Road in Falmouth to find Rose, prosecutors said. McCarthy said in her testimony that Rose had stolen drugs from her the day before. McCarthy said the drugs were worth about $600 and belonged to Rainey, the Cape Cod Times reported. Rainey broke into the house and chased Rose out the front door where Miller was waiting, then he and Rainey repeatedly stabbed Rose, according to the release."

Rainey forced entry and chased Rose outside, where Miller and Rainey repeatedly stabbed him. Investigators recovered a knife with Miller’s DNA and used cell-site data to place phones near the scene. McCarthy will receive a reduced manslaughter charge in exchange for testimony.
