This statement follows reports of Iran's increased production of near weapons-grade uranium. Notably, the political climate in Iran is shifting, with the resignation of key officials linked to prior outreach to the West amid intensifying US sanctions. The remarks highlight Tehran's insistence on being a crucial player in negotiations, especially concerning its nuclear ambitions.
