Hisham Abugharbieh, 26, has been charged with two counts of premeditated murder for the deaths of Zamil Limon and Nahida Bristy, both 27. Limon's remains were discovered on the Howard Frankland bridge, while Bristy remains missing. Abugharbieh was initially arrested on charges including unlawfully moving a dead body and tampering with evidence. He was taken into custody after a domestic violence report led police to his home, where he barricaded himself before surrendering. An autopsy is pending to determine Limon's cause of death.
