A federal judge raised critical questions regarding the enforcement of President Trump's birthright citizenship executive order. During a court session, Judge Deborah Boardman interrogated government attorney Brad Rosenberg about the potential deportation of U.S.-born children of undocumented immigrants, specifically those born after Feb. 19. Rosenberg stated that the administration does not plan to deport these children while compliance guidelines are developed. However, plaintiffs' attorney William Powell expressed concerns about the stress and fear clients are experiencing due to the uncertain legal landscape following the Supreme Court ruling.
