Former AOC Staffer Arrested For Trying To Incite Attack On Jewish School
Briefly

Iman Abdul, a former youth organizer, was arrested for inciting violence against Jewish students at Leon M. Goldstein High School. She urged her 25,000 followers on social media to "attack" the school, which has Jewish students, sharing its location and controversial remarks about the attendees. The NYC Police Department charged her with multiple offenses including making a terroristic threat. Abdul previously worked on campaigns for Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and New York State Sen. Julia Salazar in 2018, showing her political involvement.
"If anyone needs a public school in NYC to attack for whatever reason ... Lexus driving Israhell (sic) loving Zionisits (sic) all attend here," the since-deleted post by Iman Abdul, 27, read, according to the New York Post.
Abdul posted the screenshot on Thursday of Leon M. Goldstein High School for the Sciences in Manhattan Beach on Google Maps with the disturbing caption, the New York Post reported.
The New York City Police Department arrested Abdul at her home Friday, charging her with making a terroristic threat, acting in a manner injurious to a child, aggravated harassment, and making a threat of mass harm.
Abdul worked on the Democratic primary campaigns of AOC and New York State Sen. Julia Salazar in 2018 and was a canvasser for Salazar, Salazar told the New York Post.
