Third Way's poll of 1,462 registered male voters conducted Dec. 8–22 shows President Donald Trump holding a 32% approval rating and a 66% disapproval rating among men aged 18–29, a 34-point deficit. That contrasts with a 14-point margin among the same group in the 2024 election. Sixty-one percent said Trump is not fulfilling his 'America First' promise, including 25% of Republicans and 64% of Independents. Only 26% would support JD Vance for president in 2028 while 55% oppose him. Independent young men show 68% disapproval; young Latino and Black men show 63% and 79% disapproval, respectively.

A whopping 55% said they opposed Vance running in 2028, while 17% were unsure."

Interestingly, 26% of young men who indicated that they would vote for a Republican on the 2026 generic congressional ballot also disapprove of Trump's performance. And after the president made substantial gains with young men of color in 2024, he now holds a 63% disapproval rating with young Latino men and 79% disapproval with young Black men."
