President Donald Trump said he is not thrilled with Vladimir Putin and said Putin "is killing too many people." Trump said the United States is likely making money from supplying NATO with weapons and ammunition and said he thinks progress is being made toward a ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine, without providing details. European security advisers arrived in Kyiv to work on Volodymyr Zelenskyy's 20-point peace plan while reporting indicates Russia has largely withdrawn from that plan. Two people, including a three-year-old, were killed in a Russian strike on a residential building in Kharkiv. Zelenskyy appointed a new chief of staff during the critical moment.
