SpaceX and Cursor strike partnership that might end in a $60 billion acquisition

SpaceX has formed a partnership with AI company Cursor, which may result in a $60 billion acquisition later this year. SpaceX can invest $10 billion or acquire Cursor entirely. Cursor is known for its AI coding tool and is seeking to raise $2 billion in funding. The partnership aims to enhance model training and resolve infrastructure issues that have hindered progress. Cursor plans to utilize xAI's Colossus infrastructure to significantly improve its coding models and capabilities.
