The Minecraft Movie has made waves at the box office, bolstered by the popularity of the game. As the theatrical experience proved chaotic with rowdy audiences engaging in meme-inspired antics, the film will soon be available on streaming platforms like Amazon Prime and Apple TV from May 13. This digital release is set to alleviate the financial and social stressors of a traditional movie outing. The movie will also be available in physical formats later in June, accompanied by behind-the-scenes content and featurettes, including humorous moments with cast members.
It's funny because I think it's just literally cheering and throwing popcorn, which is so funny to me that cops are getting called for popcorn.
Streaming releases aren't just a money saver, especially when a family movie outing can cost $100+; they're also a lot less stressful than visiting a theater.
