Head up the stairs to the right, follow the staircase, then take a left at the top and enter the door to reach the Medical Exam Room. Walk past the examination tables to the desk and search for records to complete the objective. The Departure Building contains many searchable drawers and containers, making it a popular, high-traffic loot area. Players should watch for other combatants and choose a loadout based on willingness to engage in PvP or extract peacefully.
