The objective is to survive longer for higher scores, affecting loot quality. Bungie emphasizes strategy and decision-making in tackling these encounters.
Each dungeon will have activity modifiers added which will craft the experience, or make it more challenging.
Explorer mode has been created for players who may not have ever played a dungeon before.
