The game will offer a handful of free, event-themed Field Research tasks until January 11. Unlike other types of Research tasks, you'll receive these by spinning the Photo Discs at PokeStops."

"On top of that, three free Timed Research questlines will be available throughout the event as well. Upon completing all of the tasks in each questline, you'll earn an encounter with Klawf along with some XP and Stardust. You can also purchase a paid Timed Research Ticket from the in-game shop for additional tasks to complete and chances to catch Klawf."

The Pinch Perfect event adds rock-type Klawf and shiny Dhelmise to Pokémon Go, with the best catch chances during the event. Klawf cannot be found in the wild or in raids and must be obtained through Field Research from PokeStops and Timed Research questlines. Completing the event-themed Field Research or the free Timed Research lines awards Klawf encounters plus XP and Stardust. A paid Timed Research Ticket provides extra tasks and additional encounter opportunities. Dwebble Timed Research runs January 6–8, offering multiple catches leading to a Klawf encounter reward.
