How to heal in The Nether in Destiny 2
Briefly

In Destiny 2's The Nether, healing options are severely limited due to bugs affecting most healing methods, with a balance patch anticipated soon. Players must explore alternative healing resources, including Healing Grenades and specific weapons, notably the Crimson hand cannon, which offers a personal healing benefit on kills. Additionally, players can select a Boon for healing while casting class abilities or break urns for minor healing. Most Solar healing items, however, provide minimal restoration, and current strategies around healing rely on older weapons and non-Solar abilities that still function properly.
Crimson is Red Death's hand cannon cousin, and it's able to fully heal the wielder on a kill.
Unfortunately, as of this writing, most healing methods in The Nether are bugged and are not working as intended.
There is a Boon that can grant healing when casting your class ability.
Most items using Solar healing keywords heal for almost nothing in The Nether.
