Mega Falinks Pokemon Go Raids: Weaknesses, Best Counters, And Best Moveset
Mega Falinks will debut in Pokémon GO on May 23 during the final Raid Day of the Memories in Motion season, running from 2 to 5 PM local time. Mega Falinks appears in Super Mega Raids, a more challenging Mega Raid tier. Super Mega Raids are recommended to be tackled with at least seven other players, and each participant should bring at least one Mega-Evolved Pokémon. During battles, Super Mega Raid bosses can become enraged and activate shields that reduce damage taken, requiring coordinated use of Mega-Evolved Pokémon to destroy the shields. Mega Falinks is a pure Fighting-type, making it vulnerable to Flying, Psychic, and Fairy attacks. Poison and Ghost types resist Fighting moves and can be useful if team coverage is limited.
"Mega Falinks is making its debut on May 23, as part of this season's final Raid Day, which takes place from 2 to 5 PM local time. Mega Pokemon are already among the most formidable Raid bosses in the game, and that is especially true for Mega Falinks, which will only appear in Super Mega Raids-an even more challenging version of Mega Raid battles. If you need a hand, we've put together some tips to help you defeat Mega Falinks before it leaves Raids."
"As their name suggests, Super Mega Raids are an even more involved tier of Mega Raids. The official Pokemon Go website recommends gathering together at least seven other players to tackle these Raids, and you'll each need to bring along at least one Mega-Evolved Pokemon if you hope to stand a chance. Unlike typically Raid bosses, Super Mega Raid bosses may become "enraged" during the battle, at which point they'll activate a shield to reduce the damage they take."
"You and your teammates will need to coordinate with your own Mega-Evolved Pokemon to destroy these shields and continue battling the Raid boss. Like regular Falinks, Mega Falinks is a pure fighting-type Pokemon, which means it's vulnerable to flying, psychic, and fairy. Each of these types dish out super-effective damage to the Mega Pokemon, so you'll want to pack your team with as many of them as you can."
"While they're not super-effective, poison and ghost types also resist fighting moves, meaning they'll take much less damage from Mega Falinks. This makes them good alternatives to use if you're struggling to fill out your team. Here are some recommended Pokemon and moves to use when challenging Mega Falinks:"
