As the King's firstborn, Aran faces off against the dark machinations of Queen Nerea, who has turned all steel in the kingdom to stone using dark magic. To combat her minions, Aran must forge his own weapons and choose wisely to defeat various monsters. The game emphasizes strategy, intuition, and a companion character named Adso, who assists Aran with suggestions and knowledge of ancient forging.
