As of 2025, the developers are rolling out various updates aimed at enhancing user experience. The first major update, named the Chronicle update, will modernize evidence collection by introducing a Media tab to archive spectral phenomena and sounds. Subsequently, the Player Character Overhaul will allow players to customize their avatars, moving away from the standard player appearance. Additionally, a new map modeled after familiar haunted houses is also planned for release later this year.
