At the Good Guys Club on Election Day, the atmosphere reflected a unique tension; though patrons sought relaxation, political discussions intruded on their usual escapism.
"People come to Good Guys to unwind... but now, the election bubbles up. It's not about values but more about who they're voting for," Aubrey said.
Erica explained, "It's not discussion about beliefs, but more a nosiness about voting. One guy even tipped based on my political preference."
Aubrey described the atmosphere as, "like Switzerland; we try to keep it neutral. But when politics excite customers, we remind them to just relax and enjoy."
