In search of suitable earbuds for running, the author transitioned from bone-conducting headphones to open-air and finally discovered clip-on earbuds. Testing Soundpeats' model revealed an excellent sound quality relative to their low price. Although the pairing process with his Pixel 9 Pro was frustrating, once connected, he appreciated the earbuds' clarity and depth across various music genres. The design and weight distribution effectively kept them secure during runs, making them a viable option despite initial doubts about their grip.
As the songs progressed during my run, I was pleasantly surprised that all genres had depth and clarity, even when the music was at higher volume.
For a pair of open-air earbuds, the Quality of sound is impressive, especially given their $59 price, with a decent EQ curve that avoids midrange fatigue.
