Ramirez was withdrawn in the 34th minute of the match, which Chelsea won 4-1, and had an operation following further medical assessment. A statement from the Women's Super League (WSL) club said Ramirez will now "begin a period of rehabilitation with the support of our medical team" and will be "sidelined for a period of time".
