Hera is a UK video podcast network focused on telling stories through a female lens and addressing underrepresentation of women in podcasting. The company aims to champion and support women across creative and commercial stages by producing original shows, brokering brand partnerships and building cutting-edge technology. Founders Nishma Patel Robb, Rosie Allimonos and Kirsty Hunter cite that 80% of the top ten podcasts on the UK Spotify charts are hosted solely by men. Leadership combines experience from Google, YouTube, the BBC, Meta and production houses, pairing platform, partnerships and production expertise.
