Concept Store & Bar 1OAM apotheke / Studio Andrew Trotter + Eva Papadaki
Briefly

The project transforms the former folklore museum in the heart of Antiparos into a combined shop, cafe and bar that merges retail and hospitality in one immersive setting. The space foregrounds objects, scent, nourishment and communal gathering to create a multi-sensory island destination. Studio Andrew Trotter collaborated with long-term client and friend Eva Papadaki to realize the scheme. Design gestures balance refinement with the relaxed rhythms of island living. The adaptive reuse preserves historic context while introducing contemporary retail and hospitality programming that encourages lingering, social interaction, and a sensory-rich experience for visitors and locals alike.
