Wind H Art Center occupies a repurposed industrial factory and adjacent office buildings in the 751 District. The conversion was executed in three phases, with Phase I delivering the main exhibition hall and an art shop. The original factory dates to the 1980s, with an office extension added in the 1990s. Concrete columns on the east and west sides support a folded concrete roof, enabling a column-free interior. Prior to renovation, the southern side contained a mezzanine level while the remainder functioned as open-plan office space.
